Return & Refund Policy

At Tupops Collection, we take pride in creating bold, high-quality hot sauces and pepper jellies. Because our products are food items, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled, picked up, or delivered.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hot sauce, pepper jellies, or any other food products. This includes products that have been opened, used, tasted, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving or picking up your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping fees, delivery fees, and pickup-related costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, please inspect your order at pickup when possible. Once a pickup order has been collected, it is considered fulfilled. If you notice an issue after pickup, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared, fulfilled, shipped, or marked ready for pickup. Once an order has been prepared or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

Final Sale Items

All food products, including hot sauces, pepper jellies, bundles, limited releases, and promotional items, are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
