3. Food Safety and Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens or ingredients that may not be suitable for everyone. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information before purchasing or consuming any product.

Do not consume our products if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient. Tupops Collection is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, overconsumption, or failure to follow product storage and usage instructions.

4. Orders and Payments

5. Local Pickup

If local pickup is selected at checkout, you agree to pick up your order from the listed pickup location during the available pickup window or after receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation or order number when picking up your order.

Once an order has been picked up, it is considered fulfilled. Customers are responsible for checking their order after pickup and contacting us within 48 hours if there is an issue.

6. Shipping and Delivery

If shipping or delivery is available, estimated timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tupops Collection is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are food items, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled, picked up, shipped, or delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hot sauce, pepper jellies, or other food products for health and safety reasons.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving or picking up your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared, fulfilled, shipped, or marked ready for pickup.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, and special offers are subject to change, cancellation, or expiration at any time without notice.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past orders unless we choose to make an exception.
